A little clarity
Your questions.
A good place to start.
Choosing support is personal. We’re here to help you understand your options.
0426 442 690Where do you provide support?
We support people in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock and the Hunter Valley, and Raymond Terrace. Tell us your suburb and preferred days so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Can I choose what my support looks like?
Yes. We start with your interests, routines and goals. Together, we discuss the tasks, activities and worker preferences that matter to you, then agree on a practical support plan.
Can a family member or support coordinator enquire?
Absolutely. Participants, family members, carers and support coordinators can get in touch. We keep the participant’s preferences and consent at the centre of the conversation.
What should I share in my first enquiry?
Your name, contact details, suburb and the kind of support you’re looking for are enough to start. We can discuss times, funding and worker matching together. Please leave detailed health information and NDIS numbers out of the initial form.
How do I find out about social activities?
Ask us about our monthly social program and upcoming activities. We’ll talk through the activity, support arrangements, personal costs and available places before you decide.
